Virtual Doula
A birth doula from afar! Giving you space with the support
Includes:

Prenatal Support
Virtual or in person, let me help you and your support people prepare for birth
Includes:
Discussing birth options and preferences to create a personalised birth ‘plan’. Labor and pain management positions and movements. Advocacy training and resource list.

Postpartum Doula
Support in the immediate days/weeks following birth. A postpartum doula can offer an array of options, each family and baby have unique needs, let’s build a support structure that works for you!
Overnight offerings: prioritize rest, support feedings, laundry, light meal prep and resources.
Day visit offerings: meal prep, light housework, birth processing, routines, feedings, nourishments for birthing person, guidance in parenthood.

Birth Videography
Documentary style, homemade birth video, without the hassle of doing it yourself!
I am a videographer, with a short film that has been in 9 festivals, premiered nationally and internationally, and won awards. If you are looking for a doula with videography skills or just a videographer aware of the intimate and nuanced transition of birth I am your gal.

I am comfortable meeting all my basic needs. I am employed and have access to financial savings. I may have some debt but it doesn’t prohibit my basic needs. I own a home or rent a higher end property, and am able to own a car. I am able to buy coffee out, dine out, buy new clothing or see a show each month. I can afford to take time off
Jar Two
I am able to meet my basic needs and am employed. I may have some debt but it doesn’t prohibit my basic needs. I own or rent a home, and am able to own a car. I have access to some financial savings and an expendable income. I can take an annual holiday without financial burden
Jar Three
I stress about meeting basic needs but still regularly achieve them. I have some debt. I am employed or work part-time. I have limited financial savings. I have limited expendable income. I have to actively save in order to take holiday. I own a car but struggle to cover tax and insurance
Jar Four
I frequently stress about meeting basic needs and don’t always achieve them. I have debit and it sometimes prohibits me from meeting basic needs. I rent lower end properties or have unstable housing. I don’t have a car or struggle to afford fuel for a car. I am unemployed or qualify for government assistance. I have no savings, I have no or limited expendable income
